How long do I have to wait for a response?
The response time depends on the complexity of the task. The assist evaluates the request and then always informs you how long it will take to complete it. On average, it takes 3 hours to resolve a request. If assists do not have time to prepare a response, they always inform the user.
In which countries can I use the service?
We work everywhere, which includes 191 countries (except for russia, Belarus, Iran, and North Korea, as well as states and territories where existing sanctions imposed by the European Union, the government of the Czech Republic, the US, and the UK governments are in force).
In addition, in the “Business” tariff, you can use courier delivery and legal and accounting consultations only in Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic.
Do you not work with the russian federation and the states that supported the aggression against Ukraine?
We do not provide services to citizens of russia, Belarus, Iran and North Korea, do not register users with phone numbers from these countries, and do not fulfill requests related to them. If a user somehow circumvents our restrictions, we reserve the right to refuse to provide services from the moment we find out about it.
